Having new items, enemies, weapons and worlds is always great, but so far most of Starbound's updates have required a complete wipe of your characters and worlds. All that exploration gone in an instant! With this latest patch, however, the game takes a huge step forward in removing that crippling feature. Just one more wipe to go!
Ryse: Son of Rome was a highlight of the Xbox One launch a few months ago, and as the first major DLC release on February 28 approaches, all manner of deals are available to celebrate. Today, eager gladiators can purchase a Season Pass for Ryse at a 33% discount. The standard cost is $19.99, so you'll save a non-negligible $6.66 today, and only today, February 25. Presumably the 666 pennies you'll have left can be used for some nefarious purpose. The Season Pass is a bundle of all four planned DLC releases, and would normally save you 25% off the cost of getting each separately. The discount for today makes this an even better deal.
Zachtronics has powered out the first piece of DLC for its strategy-heavy Ironclad Tactics. The Rise of Dmitry dips into the character's backstory across eight new missions, including the six-stage Fort Phantom Ridge gauntlet. Dmitry even has his his own set of cards, complete with transforming ironclads!
Previously available for only PC and Xbox Live, Fist Puncher launched today on OUYA. The OUYA version also adds two new exclusive characters to the already impressive lineup of 15. All 17 characters include their own movesets and attacks, so there's tons of reasons to replay and find your perfect puncher.
