Minecraft came out yesterday for the Xbox 360 and it seems it's going to be a huge success, especially for co-op gamers. One little problem for the game though, it's a pesky 1600 - that's $20 in real money. One of the biggest annoyances with couch co-op gaming is constantly trying to find that second controller. Thrustmaster agrees, that's why they are selling new combo packs of their T-Wireless controllers for the PC and PS3. Croteam have announced that PC version of Serious Sam HD: The Second Encounter is getting new DLC on May 15th called "Legend of the Beast." We all know that Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City didn't seem to keep our hopes up for Capcom's future product line. Regardless of poor reviews and overall bad reception, Capcom has stated that the game has sold close to 2 million copies globally.
Starhawk, the build and battle space shooter, launched exclusively for the PlayStation 3 today. It features intense multiplayer battles, an epic single player campaign, and (I hope) and equally satisfying co-op mode. The latest launch trailer looks very promising. Somehow it manages to be awesome even though it lacks a single "wub." Amazing.
